Peer Review Policy
IJCEA follows a double-blind peer review process. All submitted manuscripts are reviewed by at least two independent reviewers who are experts in the subject area.
Review Criteria:

- Soundness of methodology
- Clarity and coherence of presentation
- Relevance to the journal’s scope
Reviews typically take 4–6 weeks, after which authors are notified of the editorial decision.
Licensing
- Authors will retain copyright and publish under a Creative Commons Attribution licence (CC BY 4.0), allowing unrestricted reuse with appropriate attribution.
Preprint and Archiving Policy
- Preprints may be deposited prior to submission.
- Accepted articles will be archived in trusted repositories to ensure permanent accessibility and preservation.
