IJCEA follows a double-blind peer review process. All submitted manuscripts are reviewed by at least two independent reviewers who are experts in the subject area.

Review Criteria:

  • Relevance to the journal’s scope

Reviews typically take 4–6 weeks, after which authors are notified of the editorial decision.

Licensing

  • Authors will retain copyright and publish under a Creative Commons Attribution licence (CC BY 4.0), allowing unrestricted reuse with appropriate attribution.

Preprint and Archiving Policy

  • Preprints may be deposited prior to submission.

International Journal of Computing, E-Learning & Application (IJCEA) hosted on a secure, open-source journal management system supporting end-to-end submission, review, and publication workflows.
