Review Process
At International Journal of Computing, E-Learning & Application, we follow a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure the academic integrity, quality, and relevance of all published manuscripts.
Review Workflow
1. Initial Screening:
Submitted manuscripts are first reviewed by the editorial team for scope alignment, formatting, AI and plagiarism check.
2. Reviewer Assignment:
Manuscripts that meet the basic requirements are forwarded to two (2) qualified reviewers for double-blind peer review. Reviewer selection is based on subject expertise and is coordinated by the managing editor in the relevant research domain.
3. Review Duration & Feedback:
Authors typically receive the outcome of the peer review process within two (2) weeks of submission. The feedback includes:
- Reviewed manuscript copies
- Completed reviewers’ evaluation forms
4. Revision and Resubmission:
- For manuscripts accepted with minor corrections, authors are required to revise their work based on the reviewers’ comments and resubmit the following:
- A revised version of the manuscript
- A point-by-point (tabulated) response to reviewers’ comments
- A completed author’s checklist
5. Final Decision and Acceptance Letter:
Upon resubmission, the Editorial Team verifies the adequacy of the revisions. Once approved, the Editor-in-Chief finalizes the acceptance decision, and an official acceptance letter is issued within 24 hours of receiving the revised manuscript.
